Common questions
- What is a workspace?
- One ongoing piece of team work: a market study, a launch, a hiring round. It holds the objective, the people, the AI agents doing the work, the files, every decision made along the way, and everything produced. Opening it is how somebody catches up.
- Do we need anyone technical to set this up?
- No. You sign in, name a workspace, describe what you want done, and an agent starts. There is nothing to install and nothing to configure. If your team also uses coding assistants, they can connect too, but that is an extra, not a requirement.
- Do I need to bring an AI subscription or an API key?
- No. Agents work out of the box. If your team already pays for Anthropic, OpenAI or Google, you can add those keys and your work runs on them instead, which usually makes it cheaper, not more expensive.
- What happens when we hit a plan limit?
- Nothing you have made is touched or hidden. You cannot add more of that one thing until you upgrade or clear some space, and every workspace stays fully readable in the meantime.
- Can we cancel anytime?
- Yes. You keep paid access to the end of the period you already paid for, then drop to Free automatically. Nothing is deleted.
