A shared AI agent for sales teams working a deal

Vrittara lets an account team work a deal with one shared AI agent. The agent builds the deal brief or proposal in the open, the AE, SE and manager can all redirect it, and nothing is approved until someone confirms the pricing, names and promises are right.

The problem with every rep prompting alone

A deal involves an account executive, a solutions engineer, a manager and often legal. When each of them asks their own AI assistant about the account, they get different answers built on different context, and the version the buyer sees depends on who pasted last.

How the team works the deal together

Start from the Work a deal or Write a proposal playbook. The agent treats anything the buyer did not say as the team's belief rather than fact, and leaves pricing and terms as gaps unless the workspace has them. When the session closes a deal, the workspace can invoice the client through its own connected Stripe account.

Work a deal

Map the account, the people and the risks, and draft the next move.

Before anyone can approve the result, a reviewer confirms:

  • Every price, discount and term matches what was actually agreed
  • Stakeholder names and roles are right
  • Nothing is promised that product or legal has not signed off

Write a proposal

Turn discovery notes into a proposal the buyer can say yes to.

Before anyone can approve the result, a reviewer confirms:

  • Scope matches what the delivery team can do
  • Commercial terms were filled in by the account owner
  • The buyer's name and needs are stated correctly

Common questions

Can the agent make up pricing or promises?
The sales playbooks instruct the agent to leave pricing and terms as gaps unless they are in the workspace, and a reviewer must confirm every price, discount and term matches what was agreed before the result can be approved.
Can the team hand a deal to someone else?
Yes. Passing the session posts a handoff brief built from the session's own record: where it stands, what is waiting on a person, and what happens next.

Vrittara is in private beta, and invites go out every week. It is free to start.
